I was at the Castle Museum the other day and I went through the Uniformity exhibit looking at all the uniforms they have on display. It was fascinating to see the old nurses and police uniforms. they also had a lot of uniforms from locals schools on display but the one that struck me was a jacket from Arthur Hill Tech. I never knew they had a sports team. My grandfather went to school there on the corner of Michigan Ave and Gratiot where McDonald’s is now. If you want to get out of the cold check out the Uniformity exhibit at the Castle Museum. The exhibit ends the middle of January so you need to get over there soon if you want to see it.
P.S. they have copies of my Lost In Michigan book for sale at the gift shop or if you want something to eat downtown the Savoy has copies of my books for sale too.
