Traveling along court street, near Michigan Lutheran Seminary, I noticed brightly colored bird houses on the trees in the median. I am not sure who placed the houses there, but it was nice to see them as I drove down the street. It got me thinking about how the littlest things can make a difference. I think some people believe that someone or some group is going to do a large project in Saginaw, and that it is going to completely change Saginaw for the better. While it’s possible that it can happen, and I hope it would, I think the reality is, a lot of people doing several little things is what will make Saginaw move forward in a positive direction. Maybe some people don’t notice it, but I see the flowers that people have planted, or the litter that is cleaned up. If you are one of the many people working to make Saginaw better, on a large project, or a little one, thank you.
If you’re looking for a “Made In Saginaw” t-shirt, I just made some more and have them in stock, they help me with expenses to do this website and you can get one HERE
