I asked about a building on Genesee near Holland a few days ago and some people said it was Ramond’s. Others said it was Sullivan’s but that was closer to Webber Street.

I found a few photos of Ramonds. I have to admit it was before my time and I don’t remember it. It’s even difficult for me to imagine cruising down Genesee. Ever since I can remember most of the businesses were closed from downtown to Buena Vista. Now the Transmission plant is gone.

P.S. I did not see a comment with my original query asking what was the name of the Chinese restaurant that was in the old Ramond’s building. I know I can’t remember and I don’t think it was open long so I doubt anyone else remembers it too.
