The flowers are blooming along the new walking path at the Janet H. Nash Riverfront Preserve. It was an old parking lot that sat between the Saginaw River and SASA. It’s because of the school that it got its name. Janet H. Nash is a retired principal from SASA and the Preserve was named in her honor. The area was planted with flowers and native plants to bring back a little bit of Nature to downtown Saginaw.
