Pure Saginaw is back, I have been busy this summer, and took a little break from posting on Pure Saginaw. After my son’s graduation, I was busy traveling Michigan for my Lost In Michigan and Camp Michigan websites. Now that my son is in college, and my daughter is in school I have more time to get out and take pics of my favorite town in the world. I will also be able to do some more research for history posts. It gets really time-consuming but I love hanging out at Hoyt Library.

I figured I would start with a pic of downtown. It seems strange without the historic parking garage next to the Genesee Street Bridge. There is a good view of the old Saginaw News building which is now the SVRC Marketplace. Saginaw is constantly changing and getting better every day.
