My friends over at Preservation Saginaw facebook page HERE posted a story about Real estate developer Jenifer Acosta and in the article, it says she is working on redeveloping the historic Bearinger building on Franklin Street. you can read it HERE I think the location of the Bearinger Building is perfect for development being next to the downtown pavilion and civic center. And with the newly proposed Delta College building being constructed nearby I think it will bring more people downtown. I wish Mrs. Acosta success in her endeavors and I think Downtown Saginaw will continue to grow and improve.
