The Saginaw County Land Bank which owns buildings in the East Saginaw Historic Business District on the corner of Genesee and Frankilin, and the former Leo Kahan Bilding has decided to spend $300,000 to demolish the buildings after some of the bricks have fallen out of the front facade. I thought David Strouse was working on plans to renovate the buildings, but I guess not, if there are no buildings to renovate.
