I went down to the south end of town to Greenpoint Nature center to see if the leaves were peaking, but it’s still a little early in the season yet. On the way back I went over by the old Plant 2, down at the end of Holmes and Salt Street, and I was amazed at how many trees there were in the old parking lot. It’s amazing how nature is taking over, fighting up thru the old cracked asphalt.

P.S. I just dropped of some calendars to the Savoy Bar and Grill downtown. I have been so busy it took a while to get over there but they have calendars if you want to get one when you stop there to eat.
