Today is the first day of spring and it’s Thursday so I figure a throwback Thursday pic to Borchard park is in order. Borchard Park is on the corner of Court and Michigan. It was dedicated to longtime Saginaw County Judge Fred J. Borchard in 1998. I took this pic a few years ago and I am looking forward to green grass and the flowers blooming.
