I have been doing Pure Saginaw since 2011 and I knew there was a rock honoring Stevie Wonder but I never took a pic of it. I was roaming around the southeast side of Saginaw a few weeks ago and came across the rock and took a pic of it. I figure since today is May 13th and Stevland Hardaway Judkins was born in Saginaw on May 13th, 1950 that today would be a good day to post my photo.
