After part of the building on the corner of Washington and Genesee was torn down the Imagine mural painted by Eric R. Shantz is gone. A new vibrant mural was installed this summer. I hope it helps to bring attention to one of the oldest buildings in Saginaw at that someone will be interested in
Yes, you can move a bridge with heavy equipment and a crane, but the best way is through power and influence.
